At our small family farm, we take immense pride in raising grass-fed, grass-finished lambs with a focus on quality and sustainability. Our sheep are a crossbreed of Dorper and Katahdin, carefully selected for their hardy nature and exceptional meat quality. 

Our lambs roam freely on pasture, feeding entirely on natural grasses. This not only preserves their health and well-being but also imbues the meat with a rich, delicious flavor profile and a tender texture. By following a grass-fed, grass-finished regimen, we ensure our lamb is packed with nutrients and free from any additives, resulting in meat that is as pure as it is flavorful.

We process each lamb at approximately 80 pounds and under one year of age to guarantee the finest quality meat. This careful timing ensures that the lamb you receive is tender and mild, making it perfect for a variety of dishes.
